Yes. All patient data is handled under PHIPA and stored on Canadian-region servers. Your clinicians access only what is needed to review each request. No patient data is shared with third parties or sold.
Typically 24–48 hours after your application is submitted and institutional credentials are reviewed by our team.
Yes. Your institutional dashboard allows you to add, manage, and remove practitioners at any time. Each new practitioner goes through individual verification before activation.

NoteSeek is currently launching in Ontario. We are actively planning expansion across Canada and will update our partners as new provinces become available. Institutions outside Ontario are welcome to register their interest now.
